Lounge - 3 piece leather suite with sofa converting to double bed (all linen provided) Log fire, radio, TV and door to patio

Kitchenette - Part of kitchen/diner. Microwave, Hob, built under fridge and all cutlery, crockery, etc, provided

Diner - Part of kitchen/diner. Table and seating for four. Table can be extended

Shower room - equipped with a good sized shower cubicle, W.C. and wash  hand basin in vanity unit and shaver point

Supermarket is a 5 minute walk

Town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk

Further details outdoors:

Patio is part of the apartment and not shared. It is situated to the West side of the  property so as to benefit from the afternoon and evening sun

Shutters are fitted to the windows that when drawn down, will lock into place and provide additional peace of mind

Lawns are shared

Car Parking space is provided with the apartment. The gate is electrically operated to the entrance of the drive. This can be operated by the fob of the keys provided

Bookings of less than a week will be considered depending on occupancy.  

There will be a 10% discount for all bookings paid in full by four calender months prior to arrival date
